She is warm, kind, very thorough with her exam and cleaning, professional, and practices with integrity, which is hard to find these days! Her front office staff is excellent and friendly. Dr. Hsu & her team are wonderful to work with. Dr. Hsu thoroughly reviewed the patient form with great detail, and patiently listened to my chief complaint about my bite. Dr. Hsu and the receptionist are great! As a new patient, it was pretty easy to get a first-time appointment with this dental office and Dr. Hsu is very patient and knowledgeable. My first visit with teeth cleaning was great, and my teeth looks brighter now thanks to Dr. Hsu :)

It was fast to get an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist was very communicative, friendly, and welcoming. Tiffany was super kind and helpful when answering my questions, and always made sure that I was feeling okay during my cleaning. She was easy to understand when she went over the results with me.
